ACQHer: education, community, and a platform for growth operators
ACQHer is the brand I founded to help women become Revenue Growth Partners and to connect growth operators with the creators and founders who need them.
01 — ACQHer Academy
Education for women learning revenue growth partnerships
ACQHer Academy teaches women the skills behind the Revenue Growth Partner role, from finding the right founders to support, to building the offers, funnels, and systems that grow revenue without burning out.
- Revenue growth partnerships — what the role is and how it works
- Prospecting — finding and qualifying the right founders to support
- Offers — clarifying what to sell and positioning it for the right audience
- Funnels — mapping the customer journey from first touch to sale
- AI-assisted workflows — removing repetitive work that doesn't need a human
- Client systems — the operations that let you serve clients consistently

02 — The ACQHer App
A forthcoming platform for operators, creators, and founders
I am developing the ACQHer app to connect growth operators with creators and founders who need operational and monetization support. It is currently in development, and details and availability will be shared as the project progresses.
03 — My Role & the Problem
Why I founded ACQHer
As the founder of ACQHer, I am working to solve a gap I kept seeing: creators and founders who have expertise and audience, but not the operational support to monetize and scale without burning out.
On the other side, there are talented women who want to do this work as Revenue Growth Partners but don't have a clear path to learn the role. ACQHer exists to close that gap from both sides, educating operators and connecting them with the founders who need them.
For Creators
Content creation isn't the whole job
Creating content is only part of building a sustainable business. Creators often also need operational and monetization support: offers that convert, funnels that move people to buy, follow-up systems that retain them, and the workflows that let it run without the creator online around the clock. That is the support ACQHer is built to provide.
My Perspective
Where I believe this is heading
These are my views on where the industry is heading, not established facts.
I believe the creator economy will increasingly separate the people who create from the operators who help them monetize, and that revenue growth partnerships will become a recognized role in that shift.
I also believe AI-assisted workflows will move from a competitive advantage to a baseline expectation, and that the founders who build systems early will be the ones who can scale without trading more hours for more revenue.
