She is a mom of three, and the values that guide her work, creativity, Christian faith, and family, are the same ones she brings to business. Marienna's current work spans revenue growth partnerships, creator monetization, offers, funnels, AI-assisted workflows, and the business systems that tie them together. She works with founders to clarify what they sell, build the paths that bring people to it, and put systems in place so revenue can come in consistently.
Through ACQHer Academy, she teaches women how to become Revenue Growth Partners, walking them through the frameworks, offers, and systems the role requires.
She is also developing the ACQHer app, a forthcoming platform intended to connect growth operators with creators and founders. It is currently in development, and details and availability will be shared as the project progresses.

Marienna created ACQHer to give more women a clear, supported path into revenue growth partnerships, a role that blends strategy, systems, and partnership without requiring the kind of hustle that leads to burnout.
ACQHer Academy teaches the frameworks behind the work: how to position an offer, build the systems that support it, and partner with founders in a way that aligns incentives so both sides grow together. The aim is practical skill-building paired with a community of founders doing the same work.

A revenue growth partner is a founder-focused operator who helps a business build the offers, funnels, and systems that grow revenue, and shares in the results of that work. Unlike a consultant who hands over a strategy and leaves, a growth partner stays close to the numbers, with alignment built in.

Monetization depends on clear offers, the funnels that move people through them, and the systems that let it run without the founder online around the clock.
